Limfjordens Bioenergi

Limfjordens Bioenergi produces biogas and is part of the green transition, in which organic waste products are converted into energy.

I designed and developed a modern WordPress website that presents the company and its work in a clear and inviting way.

Using the company’s own text and stunning images as a starting point, I’ve created a visual style that draws inspiration from Bigadan’s design aesthetic while still giving Limfjordens Bioenergi its own distinct identity.

The Challenge

Limfjordens Bioenergi already had a solid foundation, with well-crafted text and stunning photos of the company and the biogas plant.

The task was to transform this material into a modern website where information was easy to find and understand, and where the images had room to tell the story.

At the same time, the design had to align with Bigadan’s visual style and create a professional and cohesive presentation of Limfjordens Bioenergi.

The Solution

I used the company’s existing text and images as a starting point and built the design around them.

The large photographs play a central role on the website and give visitors a glimpse into both the facility and the work involved in biogas production. I’ve combined the images with simple typography, plenty of white space, and clearly defined content sections to make the information easy to navigate.

The design is inspired by Bigadan’s visual style, but has been adapted to Limfjordens Bioenergi’s own content and needs.

The website was developed using WordPress and Bricks, and I am also responsible for hosting and day-to-day technical operations.

The result

Limfjordens Bioenergi now has a modern and informative website that showcases the company’s own photos and text to their best advantage.

The simple design and clear structure make it easy for visitors to learn about the company and find information on biogas production and the plant’s operations.

Limfjordens Bioenergi has also chosen to have its website hosted by me. This means they have a single point of contact for the website, technical operations, and ongoing maintenance.
